Working directly with founder Oli Pluck, you’ll embark on a holistic and spiritual journey of enlightenment to untangle the past, allowing you to overcome and face old demons, understand negative patterns, and gain new tools and insights so you can transform and change your future.

Where You’ll Be
The Renaissance Sanctuary is tucked within 36 acres of quiet woodland on the eastern corridor of Pennsylvania.
Created for people who are finally ready to reset, learn and grow spiritualy, rebuilding their life with new foundations and ready to leave their old life behind.
How It Works
You’ll stay in your own cottage on The Renaissance estate just outside of Media, PA. The days gently structured with one-to-one support, guided workflow sessions, meditation mentorship, mindfulness practices, and space to simply make sense of the past, grow in the present and prepare for the future.
It’s not about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you make sense of how you got here and learning from your past. You get to set your own pace, in a safe, supportive setting. If we are able to truely see how we arrved here, then we can make sure we never end up going back there.
Support Beyond the Retreat
From the moment you decide to sign up, you’ll have personal support before, during, and after your stay, so you never feel alone in your journey and your ability to change is far more likely to be successful. We offer 6 hours of full Zoom coaching before you even arrive and six to twelve months of aftercare when you leave.
