  • Before your visit to the Renaissance Sanctuary Retreat, we’ll spend six hours together over Zoom to prepare for your transformative experience. These sessions are divided into two three-hour blocks, which allow us to build a meaningful connection and dive deeply into your story without rushing.

    During this time, I’ll focus on understanding every detail of your life, capturing your journey word for word. This process ensures that I have a comprehensive understanding of who you are, your experiences, and your needs. By the time you arrive at the Sanctuary, we’ll have established a strong rapport, and there’s no need to revisit past ground — we can focus entirely on your growth and transformation.

    These sessions flow naturally, and the time passes quickly. They provide a solid foundation for your retreat, setting the stage for a deeply personal and impactful experience.

  • When you arrive at the Renaissance Sanctuary, we have seven days dedicated to deconstructing and reconstructing your life in a way that feels natural and unhurried. Together, we’ll delve into your past to uncover patterns of behavior, mood, and decision-making—gaining valuable insights into why you do the things you do. By understanding the past, we can begin to transform your future.

    Our work is guided by The Tenet, a book that explores how our minds function, how they protect us from pain, and how negative experiences shape our self-perception. Through this lens, we’ll gain clarity on the forces driving your actions and emotions, then create tools to help you process and move forward.

    Over these seven days, we’ll fully explore your past and present, while equipping you with mindfulness techniques like meditation to ensure that challenges no longer control you. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and a roadmap for your future.

    Importantly, we balance the deeper work with moments of natural relaxation. There are two down days where nothing is orchestrated—no forced activities or “organized fun.” Instead, the experience feels like staying at a friend’s house: warm, inviting, and genuinely enjoyable. It’s a time to unwind, reflect, and be yourself.

  • Leaving the Renaissance Sanctuary is not like leaving a typical yoga retreat, where the experience ends as soon as you walk out the door. At the Sanctuary, we prioritize ongoing support because true transformation takes time and consistency.

    Our commitment doesn’t end when you leave. I’ll be here to support you with regular check-ins via Zoom, text, or tailored updates, ensuring that the strategies we’ve developed together remain effective. If adjustments are needed to fit your evolving environment, we’ll adapt them.

    This extended support lasts for 3 to 12 months, giving you the foundation to stay on track and integrate lasting change into your life. Transformation doesn’t happen in isolation—it’s a journey, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

By uncovering how The Mind truly operates, you can break free from its cycles of fear and reclaim mastery over your life.
